Introducing Philomena's home-dried drink garnishes - a unique and sustainable way to add flavour to your favourite cocktails and spirits. Made with fresh, locally-sourced fruit, these garnishes are dried using our industrial dehydrator, Betty, to infuse the oils of the fruit and intensify the flavour. Simply add the garnish to your glass, pour in the alcohol, and let it soak for 3 minutes before adding tonic and ice for the most flavoursome results.
Try our limited edition Blood Orange pouch, these are from Tarocco in Italy and they have a 3 month season between January and April, they are sweet and have soft red flecks in a lot of them.
At Philomena's Boutique, we use only unwaxed, vegan, and gluten-free fruits in our garnishes, and we never add any artificial flavours, preservatives, or chemicals. We package our garnishes in reusable, paper-based, and 100% recyclable containers.
Please note that our garnishes are not meant to be eaten and have been prepared in a kitchen where nuts may have been present. They should also be stored in airtight containers and used within 2 months to ensure the best quality.
We are a fully registered food business with Newcastle city council, so you can trust that our garnishes are prepared with the highest standards in mind. All of our gin garnishes are made to order, so please allow for slightly longer delivery times while we prepare them just for you.
